“Ryan is an absolute life-saver. During one of the hottest stretches in recent memory, our air conditioner stopped working and our house thermostat read nearly 90 degrees. It was miserable.
We called Arctic Mechanical first thing in the morning and Sarah answered and got us scheduled for a few days later as we were going to be out of town over the weekend. She called back 30 minutes later and said she talked to Ryan and he was willing to fit us into his busy schedule that same day.
He truly cares about his customers and will do just about anything to retain their loyalty. I highly recommend Arctic Mechanical.”

“My Air Conditioner and Thermostat were not communicating. I called Sarah at Arctic Mechanical @ 8:30PM. The next morning the Owner, Ryan Carlisle came to my house at 7:30am and he told me within minutes what was wrong and replaced my bad Thermostat and locked AC Compressor. He also checked out the rest of my HVAC System to make sure everything was running smoothly. Ryan actually Installed this HVAC System 8 years prior, so he knew how to trouble shoot the system fast. The Service I received was Top Notch. They are an Honest Company you can trust.”

“Ryan was great about scheduling and performed the installation on time and did a decent job of cleanup. No problems at all in that regard.
My AC was installed on September 9. I had to contact Arctic multiple times for them to file the warranty papers. It's now February 21 and despite numerous requests and promises they have still not filed my rebate. I really liked Ryan when he came out and wanted to give him my business. If I do business again I will withhold payment until all paperwork, etc is completed.”
