“Our air conditioner was old (1978) and hadn’t worked at all well this summer. Finally on July 1, it died completely, during a long hot spell. We got a couple bids, but no one could come for 2 1/2 weeks. Then, our friend Heather connected us to Arctic. Sarah texted with me, I sent photos of the current set up, the bid came via email and 3 days later Ryan came and installed coolness.
