They were able to get someone to my house within 2-days when everyone else was a week or more out. Upon arrival Chris, my technician, was incredibly polite, considerate and open with the constraints they were working under with regards to parts and available units if replacement was going to be needed. Expectations were set.
Chris investigated the issues we were having and found the root cause promptly and had my system back up and running in short order at minimal cost. At any time he could have tried to upsell me on a new unit but at no time did I feel pressured to commit to upgraded repairs that weren’t really necessary.
