“Anthony did an amazing job helping me get my hot water heater repair. Professional, timely, and did a great job explaining everything. I will be a customer for life!”
“I’m one of those guys who’s fairly handy with most maintenance and repairs around the house, but HVAC is one area that I’ve never messed with. When my furnace started acting up, I googled the problem and came up with all sorts of advice. After looking for a while, I realized something important. THERE ARE REAL CONSEQUENCES to doing this wrong. Gas leaks don’t mess around. I decided to call Arctic Mechanical. They came out right away, repaired something minor, didn’t try to upsell me, and taught me some things I didn’t know. I appreciated that so much that I signed up for their annual maintenance plan. I feel good that I’m letting the pros handle this part of my home maintenance. Nice work, Arctic Mechanical.”
“The entire staff was amazing. Starting with Shannon who answered my calls and all my questions and would get back to me in a timely manner and had a very positive attitude. To Ryan and Johnne coming out to take a look at what needed to be done with the heater and gave me options and quotes for what can be done. Everyone was fantastic. Highly recommend them. Will be using them again.”
“Ryan and Lonnie helped me with a gas line and venting for a garage furnace I installed/hung myself. When the furnace started right away but had issues functioning properly, Ryan and Lonnie went above and beyond to help make sure we got it operating properly. I was grateful and impressed by how they went the extra mile for me – I didn’t buy the furnace from them and they could have easily walked when the gas line and venting were done (as technically that’s all I hired them to do). I couldn’t be happier with my experience and they will have a customer for life in me. Highly recommend using Arctic!”
“Our furnace went out on a Sunday, Ryan was able to check it the same day. He diagnosed the problem but couldnt get parts until Monday but before he left he got the furnace working. The furnace was able to stay working until he came back Monday to replace the parts that were needed. Even though he came out on the weekend he only charged regular rates because he wasnt able to install the parts until the next day.”
“Ryan and his team are very courteous and professional. I will recommend them to everyone I know.”
“I highly recommend Arctic Mechanical! We had our 30 yr old AC unit replaced by them. Their admin assistant Sarah was friendly, fantastic, and timely when getting us a quote, and locking in our rate. Ryan and Lamar came out to do the job. They were professional, polite, friendly, respectful, and tidy. Everything was hands off for us, and we just went about our night. They completed everything in a timely manner, and worked around our work schedule. We are thrilled with the new AC unit! We will continue to recommend you if anyone should need services. Thank you so, so much! We are finally cooling down! :)”

“I highly recommend Arctic Mechanical for air conditioning installation/replacement. My unit died in the middle of the 90 degree heat wave two days before my daughters graduation party. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure I had central air for the party. He came out at 7am on a Saturday to install it – I am forever grateful! The air conditioner was up and running for the party and has been running ever since. Ryan is honest, knowledgeable, professional, and hardworking – you won’t be disappointed!”

“I would recommend HIGHLY to anyone and everyone … he saved us ! In a dangerous heat index, and when technicians are maxed out on service calls, he still etched out time (same day) to fix and cool our home (and family)! He explained, in simple terms, the repair and offered healthy maintenance pointers to keep a healthy unit going forward. I feel more knowledgeable AND confident because of his work. Thank you thank you THANK YOU!”
